About Me
I’ve been where you are now. Feeling stuck, frustrated and full of shame. I have tried every diet and started again on Mondays more times than I can count. When I was in the midst of it all I needed someone to help me find a way of approaching life that was right for me - not a quick fix or another fad diet, thinking that a happier life was on the other side of it. It was time to come back to myself. I needed help with aligning my actions with my goals and to understand my relationship with food.
I can be that person for you.
